Returns and Exchange

We will always make sure that our service and product are par your expectation, but in case they are not please let us know. You have 7 days to return the product from the date of shipping confirmation.

Package up your return securely in its original packaging as much as possible. Visit your nearest TCS store to book your return. Email us on info@karawanofficial.com with the proof that you have returned the product and wait for our return confirmation email. We will give you a full refund using the same payment method used to process the order in a maximum of 14 days, depending on your bank and the payment method used.

Please take note that you may only use the product for the purpose of testing – in a manner commonly permitted in a store to check that it fits – and that the product must be returned in its original condition with exterior and interior labels still attached. If your refund amount is incorrect, please contact our customer care department and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Remember that Karawan reserves the right to reject returns communicated or sent after the established deadline and those that contain products that are not in the same condition as when they were received.
